Harvey’s Contemporary Range provides an elegant and functional interior window covering that brings the outside in, or shuts it out, depending on your mood. They can be fitted into nearly any shape or size of opening and look fantastic in your home.
This range of shutters is manufactured to custom fit into each individual opening. They are of the highest quality and can be installed to hinge, bifold or slide and they can even be motorised. Our new electronic shutter with remote controlled opening and closing blades mean shutters can be used up high or in modern skylights where excessive heat or sunlight can be a problem.
The unique processes used in the manufacturing of Harvey’s Contemporary Range allow us to provide an economical window covering, whilst adding to the appeal and value of your home.

Phoenixwood
Phoenixwood is a classic wood look. This beautifully finished hardwood shutter has distinctive grain patterns and is available in a range of classic paint and stain colours. You can select from 3 blade widths - 63mm, 89mm or 114mm.
Artwood
Artwood is a very hard wearing, water resistant composite – which is plastic and wood laminated together. Ideal for use in bathrooms or hard wearing areas, and available in six white and neutral colours. You can select from 4 blade widths - 47mm, 63mm, 89mm or 114mm.
Woodlore
Woodlore is an extremely durable and cost effective shutter with a polypropylene coating. It’s excellent in hard knock areas (kids’ rooms) and is available in three white and neutral paint options. You can select from 3 blade widths - 63mm, 89mm or 114mm.

Interior/Exterior Shutters:
Rufflette® Polyresin Shutters
Rufflette® Polyresin shutters are the modern alternative to traditional wooden shutters and are virtually maintenance free.
Suitable for both interior and exterior application, they are available in a modern colour range of Pearl, Vanilla and White to suit most homes' interior and exterior colour schemes. The elliptical shaped louvre is available in 3 sizes; 64mm, 89mm and 114mm (White & Pearl). A variety of frame styles, hinging and tracking systems are available to suit most applications.
Louvres can be rotated 180° to open or fully close in both directions, unlike other shutters which are one directional only. The louvres overlap a lip in the frame to limit light gaps, blocking up to 85% of light. Hidden louvre joiners provide an unobstructed view, giving the shutters a clean and contemporary look.
Durable and Fire Retardant
The Polyresin compound used to make the Rufflette® Polyresin Shutters is colour-fast, with UV stabilizers designed for strength and durability, yet retains a special warmth and feel. The shutter will not warp, shrink, chip, peel or fade and will never need painting, making it suitable for inside or outside your home. The colour is a permanent finish resistant to dents and scratches. Should a scratch occur it can be removed without harming the finish. The Polyresin compound is inherently flame resistant.
Water Resistant and Easy to Care For
Rufflette® Polyresin Shutters have no unsightly rust-prone staples and will not warp, crack or swell due to water exposure. With a simple two-part hinge they can be simply removed and cleaned. They are suited for all areas of your home including above kitchen sinks, bathrooms and exterior areas exposed to sun, rain and coastal environments.
Child Safe, Non-toxic and Kind to the Environment
Because the Polyresin compound is non-toxic, Rufflette® Polyresin Shutters are child safe. More than 95% of the Polyresin production waste can be granulated and recycled. Due to the longevity of the product’s performance it will last longer than other alternative products, requiring less energy resources for replacements.
