All our Auckland retail stores will remain closed to the public at Level 3. However, we will be offering contactless click & collect.
In-home consultations and in-store shopping will be available for our retail stores operating at Level 2.

Can I still shop online?

Yes you can keep your home decor dreams alive by shopping online 24/7. We thank you for your continued support and patience, as due to high demand you may experience some delivery delays.

Can I still book an in-home consultation?

Yes, you can still request a consultation online, however we won’t be able to action in-home visits at Level 3. We are however, offering virtual consultations online and over the phone. We can safely resume in-home consultations at level 2.

What will happen with my deposit and custom order?

All customer deposits and current orders will be honoured as soon as we are able to resume normal business.

I had an installation or appointment booked in, will you still complete this?

If you have a installation booked with us, we will be in contact to reschedule this. We are able to safely complete installations at level 2 & 3.

Is click & collect available?

Yes. We are doing contactless click & collect from all of our retails stores.

We currently offer free click & collect from our Mt Eden store in Auckland and our retail store in Palmerston North.
Due the the cost of shipping and the inceased risk of damage to products, we only deliver to New Zealand postal addresses.
Our company policy is to make all our custom curtains and roman blinds using materials purchased from Harvey Furnishings. Should there be a flaw or other related issue with the materials, then we are able to obtain more so we can complete the job and meet customers' expectations.

If you have a special type of lining or fabric you would like use, we may be able to source it for you.
Yes, we can provide a readymade alteration service through our Auckland based factory for an additional cost. For more information or a quote, please contact us.
