Warranty – Kāinga Ora Curtains (KOC01)

Covered under warranty:

1. Fabric Defects: Any fabric defects due to manufacturing.
2. Stitching and Seams: Issues with stitching, such as unravelling, are covered if the defect occurs under normal use. Any issues with curtain tape.
3. Hardware Defects: Curtain hooks or glides that are defective or break prematurely.

Not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect care or cleaning: If the curtains are damaged due to incorrect washing as stated on the care label instructions.
• Damage from accidents: Any damage due to external factors like pets, accidents, or misuse will not be covered.
• Alterations or modifications: Any changes made to the curtains (like hemming or resizing) not by Harvey Furnishings Ltd.

Warranty – Kāinga Ora Curtain Track (KOFFT1/KOTFT1)

Covered under warranty:

1. Defective Parts: If any part of the curtain track system (including end caps, glides, or hooks) breaks or malfunctions due to a manufacturing issue.
2. Materials: Any issues with the materials used in the curtain track, like rusting or warping under normal use.

Not covered under warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse or accidents.
• Wear and tear from normal use.
• Issues caused by exposure to excessive weight or force beyond the track's rated capacity.
